For various Spitex organisations in the Luzern region, we are looking for Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH with a workload of 60-100 % for temporary assignments.

A varied nursing everyday life with a lot of personal responsibility and personal contact awaits you. You are on the move to different clients and support them in living as independently as possible in their familiar home.

Working temporarily offers you the opportunity to get to know different organisations, to remain flexible and to gain valuable experience in outpatient care.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You care for and support clients directly in their homes and respond individually to their needs and existing resources
• You independently design the planning, implementation and documentation of the nursing process and ensure professional care
• You carry out treatment nursing and medical-technical measures professionally and responsibly within your competencies
• In exchange with relatives, doctors and other specialist centres, you ensure well-coordinated and holistic care

You offer your new employer:

• A completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent training with Swiss recognition forms your professional basis
• Experience in Spitex is an advantage; most important are your joy in outpatient care and in working independently
• With your reliable and well-organized way of working, you maintain an overview even with multiple clients
• Openness, sense of responsibility and appreciative dealing with different people round off your profile
