Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (m/w/d) 80 to 100%

For our client, an established company in the field of long-term care and support for elderly people in the Zürich region, we are looking for an engaged nursing professional with a Swiss federal or recognized foreign diploma, effective immediately or by arrangement. A special plus of this position: there are no night shifts.

Tasks

In this versatile function, you will undertake professional care and support in everyday life, tailored to the individual needs of the residents. You will plan, carry out, and document the entire nursing process, ensuring a constantly high quality in care and support. Your area of responsibility also includes medical-nursing measures as well as taking on responsibility in daily operations. In close cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialists, you will make a valuable contribution to the further development of nursing quality in the company.

Requirements

You have a recognized degree as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF or FH. For a diploma obtained abroad, we require SRK recognition or an ongoing recognition process. Experience in long-term care is an advantage, as is a pronounced joy in working with elderly people. You work independently, enjoy taking on responsibility, and are characterized by reliability and empathy. Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a team-oriented personality round off your profile.
