for nursing and care in the day service (on request with night shifts)
Dipl. Fachperson HF / DN II
Workload up to 100% possible, as desired and by arrangement (min. 50%)
Entry per 1. December 2026 by arrangement.

As a competent specialist and committed personality (w/m/d), you are just as happy to take on direct work in daily care as you are to take on organizational and administrative tasks in the station office and in the background. You enjoy taking responsibility and want to actively use your broad expertise for the well-being of our customers and employees. Working independently brings you as much joy as good teamwork.

We work with modern tools: careCoach, Polypoint, RAI LCTF and interRAI HC, Medifilm, Windows 11, Office 365. Good PC user skills and sound knowledge of dialect and German are therefore required for working at Villa Bernadette.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the high-quality care and support in our two residential groups and for our SpitIN customers
• Taking over day responsibility
• Coordination and active participation in daily basic and treatment care
• Administrative tasks, medication management, coordination with relatives, organization of doctor visits, material ordering & logistics
• Supporting the residents in daily life organization and everyday activities
• Taking over early shifts (06.50-16.05 Uhr), late shifts (11.45-21.15 Uhr) as well as SpitIN services (07.15-12.20 Uhr and 16.00-19.25 Uhr)
• On-call services outside the institution (approx. 5-7/month) with on-call deployment if required
• Documentation of care and support services with careCoach
• Assisting in vocational training for FaGe & AGS
• Conducting needs assessments with RAI LTCF and interRAI HC

Your profile

• Training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DN II, AKP, PSyKP, DN I, etc.

or foreign diploma in nursing with SRK recognition

• Experience and a heart for long-term care, geriatrics, and the comprehensive care of people with dementia
• patient personality who does not lose their sense of humor so easily even in hectic times
