Your tasks

Administration and coordination

• Administrative support for the Clinic Director
• Administrative support incl. appointment management for the Senior Medical Staff
• Coordination of personnel recruitments
• Processing of expenses as well as general administrative and organizational tasks
• Support with correspondence, expert reports, letters of support and annual reports

Third-party funds and finance

• Administrative support of third-party fund projects including account openings and invoicing
• Monthly balance control and preparation of third-party fund overviews

Events and communication

• Organization of continuing education, symposia, retreats and other clinic events
• Maintenance of the intranet and internet presence

Your profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in an administrative or organizational function, ideally in healthcare
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as strong organizational talent
• Enjoyment of a versatile activity and cooperation with different internal and external bodies
• Very good German and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital work tools
