Together, you will ensure that people in Niederbipp and the surrounding area are cared for and nursed individually and reliably in their homes.

Your area of responsibility:

• You lead and accompany our well-coordinated team and promote the employees according to their competencies and strengths. In doing so, you will be supported by two experienced Co-Deputy Team Leaders.
• You bear the responsibility for needs-oriented and high-quality nursing and care of our customers and also take over case management.
• You conduct assessment and advisory interviews as well as reassessments.
• You plan, control, and monitor the nursing process and bear customer responsibility including service and deployment planning.

• Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH with leadership experience.
• Joy in leading, promoting, and accompanying people in their development.
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
