Deputy Management Interdisciplinary Outpatient Clinic / MPK #

starting 1. February 2027 or by arrangement

You will take over ##

• General nursing activities such as assisting in examinations (e.g., proctological examinations, infiltrations), blood sampling, simple wound treatments, preparing, following up, and assisting with outpatient procedures in the special room
• Preparation and follow-up of the examination rooms
• Scheduling follow-up appointments with the patient in the examination rooms
• Careful handling of devices as well as correct control and storage of materials
• Preparation of reports, billing of your own and potentially also the medical services.
• Telephone information
• Medication management and ordering
• Interface Technical Service
• Deputy personnel leadership in the Interdisciplinary Outpatient Clinic and the central contact point (ZAS)
• Create and adjust room plans/occupancy plans
• Design and renewal of workflows and processes (cross-location)
• Collaboration at the Front Office (appointment coordination and follow-up appointments)
• Taking over delegated tasks from the cross-location management

You bring with you ##

• Basic medical training (preferably MPA, medical secretary, or FaGe)
• Business administration knowledge/management skills an advantage (preferably MPK)
• High customer, service, and market orientation
• Knowledge of hospital-specific processes and workflows
• Knowledge of the applications (KISIM, SAP)
• Assertiveness
• Adaptability and empathy
• Cooperative and solution-oriented behavior
• Ability to handle conflict
• Leadership experience
