We support victims, mostly minors, and adolescent perpetrators facing sexual abuse in their healing process. Our team is experienced in psychotraumatology and systemic, psycho-corporeal, and play, art, and music-mediated methods to have a lasting impact for our patients. We also offer training to professionals and institutions working with children, young people, and vulnerable persons. We are looking for: FSP Psychologists or federally recognized Psychotherapists ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Location: Sion | Activity rate: 40-60% (16h-24h/week) | Start date: to be agreed Your profile: * Training: You are an FSP Psychologist with training in psychotraumatology, or a recognized psychotherapist. * Training or experience desired in the field of maltreatment and/or sexual abuse. * Team spirit and autonomy: You enjoy working in a team while having a great capacity to work independently. * Network knowledge: You have a good knowledge of the professional and institutional environment related to maltreatment and sexual abuse. * Proven writing skills. As part of your duties, you will be required to: * Practice individual (alone), family, or group (in pairs) follow-ups. * Ensure therapeutic follow-ups for children, adolescents, and also adults. * Write reports and collaborate with partners in the professional network. What we offer you: * A respectful and collaborative working environment, within a dedicated team. * Continuous training and regular team intervisions. * Partial reimbursement of costs for your external training and supervisions. * 5 weeks of vacation per year (6 weeks from age 50) and the possibility to take 2 more weeks per year in compensatory hours. * Remuneration according to profile and experience.
