Your profile: ###

• Completed training/ studies
• Professional experience in dealing with people with a mental impairment
• High social competence, methodological competence, ability for solution orientation and networked thinking and acting, humor, assertiveness as well as good mental and physical resilience
• Appreciative and resource-oriented basic attitude, ability to work in a team
• Readiness for irregular working hours and weekend services, car driver's license, PC user knowledge

Your tasks ###

You are responsible for the resource-oriented care and support of our clients. You actively help to organize the daily life of the residents and to enrich it with day-structuring activities (kitchen, garden, workshop), leisure activities and educational activities. You take over the support and key person work for three to four clients and jointly create the development plan.
