Biomedical Technician (M/F)

The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking to join the Biomedical service of l'Hôpital de Morges as a:

Biomedical Technician (M/F) at 100%

Permanent contract (CDI), immediate start or to be agreed

YOU POSSESS

A degree in biomedical technology or a title deemed equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in an equivalent position
Experience in the hospital field required
Good knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/GMAO)
Proficiency in MS Office computer tools
Proficiency in French both oral and written, as well as good knowledge of English (level B1)
A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills
Versatility and autonomy allowing you to handle various requests
A very good capacity for adaptation and flexibility
A team spirit

YOUR OBJECTIVES

Within the operating block:
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the medical device fleet
Coordinate the planning and implementation of maintenance carried out by external providers
Ensure the monitoring of the medical device inventory
Ensure the updating of data relating to medical devices in the CMMS/GMAO
Ensure training and support for users
Represent the department in its field of competence internally and with external partners
Participate in a continuous and permanent improvement of services related to the biomedical service
Contribute actively to the development of the internal and external client-supplier relationship
