• You bring specialist knowledge in long-term care, validation, and kinesthetics; knowledge in Palliative Care is an advantage.
• You like to roll up your sleeves, think ahead, and actively participate in everyday work.

Tasks:

• You take responsibility for 44 residents in comprehensive care during day and late shifts.
• You participate in the care and support of around 30 residents with Spitex services.
• You take over the induction and guidance of new employees.
• You share responsibility for the training of apprentices in cooperation with BBV and vocational trainers.
• You perform electronic nursing documentation with CareCoach.
• You take over the classification of the residents according to RAI LTCF.
