• As a team leader, you assume operational and personnel co-responsibility for the OR team and ensure a smooth flow of information as well as the coordination of day-to-day business
• You are responsible for duty, vacation, and resource planning, coordinate personnel assignments, and support the organization of an efficient and demand-oriented OR operation
• You ensure the availability of materials, instruments, and infrastructural resources, coordinate orders, and contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows
• You participate in recruitments, projects, further training, and the further development of work processes and promote interdisciplinary cooperation within and outside the OR area

Your experience ###

• As a trained specialist in operating room technology HF, you already possess at least 1 year of professional experience in the common specialist areas
• You already bring leadership experience or you are motivated and interested in gaining leadership experience and bring the willingness to complete leadership training
• Your natural, open, and cooperative personality distinguishes you and you appreciate respectful and collegial interaction
