Here is what you do:
3 Caring for, treating and supporting 3 people
3 Helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, getting up, eating and drinking
3 Household activities
3 Administrative and documentation tasks
3 Working in a team, assuming responsibilities

What you need:
3 Compulsory secondary level school diploma
3 Genuine interest in people
3 Reliability and team spirit
3 Curiosity and willingness to learn
3 Availability for irregular working hours
