Health Care Assistant (M/F)

L-EMS Les Clos d-Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and late-life psychiatry. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the CAT mémoire. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, l-EMS d-Aubonne welcomes you to a warm and dynamic setting. Located near the town center, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafes. Approximately 70 female and male employees work there.

In order to strengthen the Geriatrics service of the EMS d'Aubonne, we are looking for a:

Health Care Assistant (M/F) at 80%

Permanent contract (CDI), start date on 01/11/2026 or as agreed

YOU POSSESS

• A diploma as a Health Care Assistant, ASA, or Nursing Assistant recognized by CRS.
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people.
• Gentleness and a particular sensitivity for accompanying the elderly.
• Availability to work in continuous shifts (7:30-16:20), split shifts (7:30-12:00 and 16:30-20:20), and schedule 10 (8:30-19:20).
• Availability to work two weekends per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Accompany residents in activities of daily living.
• Ensure hygiene and comfort care for elderly people.
• Participate in the adaptation and maintenance of the resident's environment in collaboration with them.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents.
