Nursing Professional HF/FH/DN II (50-80 %) - Nursing that brings joy

For our client in Speicher, we are looking for a committed nursing professional who enjoys working with people with dementia and appreciates an appreciative, manageable working environment. Tasks

• Professional nursing and care of the residents, taking into account their individual needs, wishes, and resources
• Taking over daily responsibility as well as coordination of a smooth daily routine
• Planning and designing needs-oriented, activating offers for people with dementia
• Observation and assessment of changes in the nursing situation as well as corresponding adjustment of care
• Planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of individual nursing processes
• Professional responsibility for the nursing processes within the residential group
• Active participation in nursing development and continuous quality improvement
• Instruction and support of employees and trainees
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with various specialist departments
• Active participation in team meetings and contributing own ideas for the further development of nursing and care

Profile

• Completed training as a nurse HF, FH, DN II or equivalent qualification
• Joy and empathy in dealing with people with dementia
• Patience, empathy, and understanding for the individual life worlds of people with dementia
• Ability to work in a team, personal maturity, and appreciative communication
• Independent and responsible way of working as well as strong social competence
• High quality awareness and interest in the further development of nursing
• Experience with RAI is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Mental and physical resilience
• Interest in long-term employment in a stable and respectful working environment
