For the Klinik Permanence, we are looking for a committed personality with a diverse field of tasks. As the deputy head of emergency, you will take on a key role in our emergency operations. You will support the management in organizational and personnel matters and simultaneously participate actively in daily operational business.

YOUR TASKS

• Co-responsibility for the organization and coordination of administrative and operational processes in the emergency department
• Deputizing for the Head of Emergency in their absence
• Professional support, accompaniment, and promotion of the team in daily work
• Participation in deployment planning, introduction of new employees, as well as the further development of processes
• Care and monitoring of patients in the emergency department in cooperation with the attending and hospital doctors
• Independent execution of all MPA activities such as laboratory, X-ray, ECG, infusions, blood collection, venous catheters, and plaster casts
• Organization and execution of consultations together with our attending physicians
• Participation in ensuring constructive interdisciplinary cooperation and a smooth flow of information

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Dipl. Nurse
• Experience in the emergency area or in a similar dynamic environment
• Initial leadership experience or interest in taking on leadership responsibility
• Further training in the area of leadership is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• High resilience, flexibility, and organizational talent
• Strong social competence, teamwork skills, and loyalty
• Readiness for weekend and night shifts
