Your Tasks

• You take over the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of our emergency station in Langnau and are co-responsible for the quality and development of nursing
• In doing so, you ensure professional, safe, and patient-oriented care according to the nursing mission statement of Spital Emmentals as well as the Skill- and Grademix concept
• You are (co-)responsible for the staffing plan and the recruitment of new employees in your area, ensure personnel development, and adhere to the department budget
• You ensure customer-oriented and interdisciplinary cooperation and regularly participate in daily operations
• In addition, you organize, coordinate, and structure the relevant processes in a resource-oriented manner

Your Profile

• You are a dipl. nursing professional (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) with additional training as NDS Emergency Nursing and possess several years of professional experience in acute care as well as management further training or the willingness to complete such
• Ideally, you bring leadership experience in a comparable function
• You are a committed, proactive, and open personality with strong professional and social competence, who succeeds in inspiring, motivating, and empowering employees
• In doing so, you encounter people with respect and appreciation, and the well-being of patients is at the center of your work
• You perform your profession with joy, enjoy working in a team, and think and act in a networked as well as service-oriented manner
• You approach conflicts in a solution-oriented manner and promote the personal responsibility of your employees
• Business-oriented and solution-oriented thinking as well as a structured and organized way of working round off your profile
