For our client, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist EFZ for a modern medical facility in the public sector in Zollikon (Switzerland). The organization is well-established, managed with a hands-on approach, and places great value on quality-oriented, respectful care.

Your tasks

• Implementation of 1:1 care and close support of patients in everyday life
• Support with basic and treatment care according to the nursing concept and medical specifications
• Ensuring structured and safe care in a psychiatric environment (psychiatric experience an advantage)
• Documentation of nursing services and observations according to internal standards
• Active cooperation with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, care, therapy, doctors)
• Communication with patients as well as relatives - German and English speaking
• Participation in the implementation of quality and safety measures

Your profile

• Completion as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in private care or in comparable intensive primary care
• Fluent English skills for communication in everyday nursing (at least B2)
• Good observational skills and confident handling of changes in health status
• Sense of responsibility, empathy, and professional conduct in demanding situations
• Reliable documentation practice and understanding of nursing standards
• Teamwork skills and respectful cooperation in an interdisciplinary environment
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Well-groomed appearance
