• You plan, manage, and document the entire nursing process in a needs-oriented and seamless manner

• You accompany and support your team colleagues, especially when they need professional support, so that care is optimally coordinated at all times
• You work trustfully with relatives and in the interdisciplinary team to create a professional, appreciative atmosphere
• You actively help shape the quality of care, use your specialist knowledge in a targeted manner, and bring in new ideas to continuously improve care

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Joy in interacting with elderly people and in a holistic, appreciative care culture
• Responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
