Profile: ##

The future social worker is able to evaluate the needs of patients and their families, taking into account systemic, socio-cultural, and individual factors, and to develop an ad hoc care and support project, thanks to multidisciplinary cooperation and a solid knowledge of the cantonal and municipal social network, as well as public and private services in the territory.

The person we are looking for believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention; therefore, their work is oriented towards the satisfaction of their needs, respecting their rights, dignity, and ideals. They possess excellent communication and relational skills and, thanks to this, are able to create functional and effective relationships, even in complex situations and under strong emotional stress, thus gaining the trust and respect of both users, colleagues, and internal and external interlocutors. In addition to being able to work independently, they have excellent analytical skills, respond to heavy workloads with determination and tenacity, maintaining speed, precision, and accuracy in execution.

Requirements: ##

• Bachelor of science SUP in social work (or equivalent title);
• experience in the healthcare sector and a specialization in psychosocial counseling constitute preferred qualifications;
• good command of the Italian and German languages;
• organizational skills, initiative, and result orientation;
• flexibility, listening skills, and self-criticism;
• strong social sensitivity and predisposition to intercultural relations;
• good knowledge of the main computer programs;
• interest in constant personal development and availability for permanent training.

Duration of employment: 12 months (fixed-term contract).
