For a temporary assignment at a Spitex organization in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ with a workload of 60 to 100 %. You will work independently, caring for people in their personal homes and shaping your daily care routine with a lot of personal responsibility. At the same time, you are part of a care team with whom you exchange information and work towards coordinated outpatient care.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You visit clients at home and undertake individually coordinated tasks of basic and treatment care
• You perform medical-technical procedures independently within your competencies and react attentively to changes in health status
• You organize your assignments reliably, document your nursing services carefully, and pass on important observations to the responsible specialists
• You work closely with nursing specialists, relatives, doctors, and other involved parties and ensure that professional care is guaranteed even outside of an institution

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed training as a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or, in the case of a foreign qualification, have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Experience in Spitex is an advantage, but more important are your independence and your interest in outpatient care
• You organize yourself well, take responsibility, and can act safely within your competencies even when no team member is standing next to you
• Different people, households, and care situations bring you joy and you encounter them openly, respectfully, and professionally
