As Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %), you care for people with different nursing needs directly at home and take on a central role in their care. Starting temporarily gives you the opportunity to get to know this working environment and at the same time find out if the Spitex is a long-term fit for you.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• During your visits, you record the current nursing situation and decide which support is currently needed
• You manage the nursing process, implement appropriate measures, and adapt them specifically in case of changes
• As an important contact person, you connect clients, relatives, medical staff, and other specialist centers with each other
• You record your observations and decisions in a traceable manner, thereby ensuring reliable continued care

You offer your new employer:

• Your diploma as Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Pflegefachmann HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition forms your professional basis
• Even when alone on-site, you make nursing decisions confidently and know when exchange with the team is required
• You organize your workday with foresight and maintain an overview even in changing situations
