Your profile

• Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Listening skills and helping relationship skills
• Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work
• Ability to adapt to change, to function autonomously and to manage complex and/or crisis situations
• Available, flexible and good adaptability
• Driver's license indispensable

Your future missions

• Ensure care and management adapted to people of all ages, in diverse contexts, in collaboration with their entourage.
• Actively and multidisciplinarily participate in the organization and monitoring of the care project defined with the client.
