For a Spitex organisation, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 % for a temporary assignment. During your tours, you will accompany various clients in their familiar environment and take on a lot of personal responsibility. In doing so, you will gain insight into different care situations and can use your expertise in a targeted manner.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• At the clients' homes, you ensure professional and needs-based care
• Responsibility for the planning, implementation, and assessment of nursing measures is part of your daily routine
• You perform medical-technical and therapeutic procedures independently within your competencies
• In exchange with the team and other specialists, you ensure important information and good cooperation

• A diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign qualification, the corresponding SRK recognition
