Job description ######

At the Escher Stiftung, we work for a world in which people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy or other diseases that lead to similar limitations live self-determinedly and autonomously. Our offers in the areas of education, living, therapy, leisure activities and work are committed to this goal. Professionally skilled, acting independently, creative employees are our most important resource. In one of our residential groups for adults, we are looking for a healthcare specialist immediately or by arrangement. The residents of the Escher Stiftung are strongly physically limited. This does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating or traveling on vacation. And for that they need you. As a healthcare specialist, you enable them to live their everyday lives and their dreams. You complement the interdisciplinary team with your expertise and represent the perspective of nursing. The assignments take place in the booked group as well as, if required, across groups in other areas. What you can expect: - A versatile, meaningful and demanding job with a lot of personal responsibility, competence and room for design. - A committed team in a very pleasant and appreciative working atmosphere. What you bring with you: - Commitment and enthusiasm in the care and support of children, adolescents and young adults - Psychological resilience, ability to work in a team and motivation for responsible and independent work - Patience, social competence and flexibility - Confidence in handling patient lifts and feeding tubes
