Your tasks

• Careful documentation of nursing progress according to specifications
• Co-designing an activating, appreciative daily routine
• Assumption of nursing and caregiving activities
• Promotion of independence and quality of life of the residents
• Support with daily hygiene and personal care
• Accompanying the residents in everyday life
• Creation of a pleasant and friendly environment

Your profile

• Completed SRK nursing assistant training required
• Good German skills and understanding of Swiss German necessary
• Initial experience in elderly care an advantage
• Knowledge in dealing with people with dementia desirable
• Team-oriented, proactive, and positive personality
• High sense of responsibility and reliability required
• Independent and flexible way of working necessary
• Openness to returners exists
