The well-established regional retirement home in Neukirch-Egnach (AWH) offers a beautiful home to a total of 64 residents across its two sites in Neukirch and Egnach, where their individuality and dignity are respected and where their personal strengths are relied upon. For our Neukirch site, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a/an :

HF professional trainer in care 60 - 100 % (60 % training, remaining time in care) ##

YOUR TASKS ###

• Ensure individualized and adapted guidance, supervision, and support for students and apprentices in the field of care and accompaniment
• Participate in the quality assurance of in-company training
• Contribute to conceptual work and projects

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ###

• Recognized diploma in care FH/HF, DNII
• Professional pedagogical qualification equivalent to 100 hours of learning (e.g., SVEB module 1 practical trainer) or willingness to acquire it
• Ability to communicate and cooperate in a transparent, honest, and factual manner
• Motivation to maintain and develop the quality of care and training
• Respectful attitude
• Good IT skills
