• Accompany patients towards maximum autonomy during their rehabilitation.
• Perform care and monitoring contributing to their functional recovery.
• Support the resumption of daily living activities and the return home.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team committed to the patient's therapeutic project.
• Participate in safe, personalized, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications ##

• Holder of a CFC as Assistant in community nursing and healthcare (ASCC).
• Recognized for your team spirit, your sense of collaboration, and your versatility.
• Capable of effectively prioritizing, organizing, and coordinating your activities in a dynamic environment.
• Possessing a strong sense of responsibility, great motivation, and constant commitment towards the quality of care.
• Flexible, autonomous, and comfortable in managing demanding situations, with a good ability to adapt.
