With more than 600 employees in the Spital Schiers, the three retirement homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, Wohnen mit Service, the Kinderkrippe, the Elternberatung and the Medizinisches Zentrum Klosters, the Flury Stiftung ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in the Prättigau. Our hospital in Schiers is a modern acute care hospital for basic care with an interdisciplinary ward with 41 beds for the clinics Surgery, Medicine, Gynecology and Obstetrics, an outpatient day clinic, the Emergency department and the certified Intermediate Care Station (IMC).

For patient admission and reception, we are looking for starting 1 April 2027 or by arrangement a

Patient Registration Clerk 80%

Your area of responsibility includes:

• First point of contact for patients, relatives and visitors
• Administrative admission of inpatient and outpatient patients
• Recording and processing of patient data in SAP/INES
• Obtaining and processing cost guarantees from payers
• Clarifications with internal and external service providers
• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Providing information at the reception as an internal and external contact person
• Cash management, including billing

Your profile:

• Commercial training with professional experience in the healthcare sector or Medical Practice Assistant
• Proficient use of MS Office programs, experience with a clinical information system/SAP is an advantage
• Good English skills, conversationally proficient
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays and substitution during holiday absences
• You appreciate a versatile activity, flexible working hours and feel comfortable in a lively hospital operation
• You are adaptable, resilient, motivated and enjoy working in a small team?
• You like dealing with people, are open-minded and helpful and the well-being of the patients is close to your heart
