Your profile

• You hold a HES nursing degree or an equivalent degree
• You possess additional training in team management or in management and leadership (an asset)
• You demonstrate organization, flexibility, and autonomy
• You have a sense of listening and enjoy human contact
• You are dynamic and demonstrate leadership
• You master standard IT tools

Your mission

• You manage a team of employees and perform the planning of care work
• You guarantee and develop the quality of care services
• You work mostly in the field, with a portion of administrative tasks
• You actively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team as well as with other sectors
• You participate in the good development of the service and in team cohesion
• You apply the principles of the Montessori method
