Our client is a modern, future-oriented service company in the field of outpatient assistance and home care, operating for around 31,000 residents in two Aargau municipalities. With nearly 85 employees as well as its own teaching and training offerings in various professional fields, the company positions itself as a reliable and versatile employer in the health sector. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged personality as Team Lead Somatics (80-100%) effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of a nursing team
• Responsibility for high-quality and economical service delivery
• Ensuring and further developing quality standards
• Planning and controlling working hours and performance recording
• Conducting appraisal and development interviews
• Co-designing and implementing projects for further development
• Planning, leading and moderating team meetings
• Taking over nursing assignments to support the team

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Further training in the field of leadership or leadership experience is an advantage
• High level of independence, sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
• Strong organizational talent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with people
• Warmhearted and humorous basic attitude
• Willingness to perform nursing assignments within the team
