Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF OR Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit as vocational trainer 90 -100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the entire vocational training process for FAGE and AGS apprentices
• 1st point of contact for all vocational trainers in Le Manoir from all occupational branches
• Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of the learning support for FAGE on the wards
• 1st point of contact for our AGS and FAGE apprentices
• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Administrative additional tasks and as support for the Nursing and Care Management
• Assumption of daily responsibility and coordination of the day team if required
• Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier for an assigned specialist topic with professional instructional authority
• You work from Monday to Friday

Your profile

• Completed training Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF or Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in long-term care desirable
• A warm and humorous basic attitude with a passion for education
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, French is an advantage
