Your tasks

As a dipl. Pflegefachperson, you contribute significantly to ensuring the physical, social and psychological well-being of our customers in WohnenPlus (69 apartments).
In the Spitin area, you are responsible for the implementation of the planned nursing measures and initiate additional support measures if necessary. You support your team colleagues with the needs assessments and act as a contact person for the doctors. Your shifts are always in the morning.

Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
