Unqualified Nursing Assistant

YOUR MISSION

• Assist our residents with daily living activities (support, care, interpersonal relations)
• Perform simple mobilisation and positioning tasks
• Provide hygiene and comfort care
• Help with washing, meals, and dressing
• Participate in meal distribution and maintenance of residents- material environment
• Report observations orally and in writing in the resident-s electronic file;
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Desired profile

YOUR PROFILE

• Red Cross Health Auxiliary
• Experience desired in geriatrics or psycho-geriatrics
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in DIR preferred
• Spoken and written French (minimum level according to health auxiliary training requirements

• Interpersonal skills, respect, empathy and availability
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarily
