Your tasks

• Implementation of long-term care for residents
• Maintaining nursing documentation using easyDok
• Making safe decisions in emergency situations
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary nursing team
• Application of the interRAI LTCF assessment
• Ensuring professionally competent care and support

Your profile

• Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF, DN II or AKP
• Professional experience in long-term care required
• High professional and social competence in dealing with residents
• Independent way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong team spirit and cooperative collaboration
• Confident decision-making behavior in emergency situations
• Proficient handling of nursing documentation easyDok
• Experience as an interRAI LTCF-Supervisor is an advantage
