Are you an experienced nursing professional with leadership experience and want to actively shape the future of care? As a Nursing Service Manager, you will take on a central role in the organization and further development of nursing quality within a renowned healthcare institution.
Your task consists of leading teams, ensuring nursing standards, and implementing innovative concepts.

Our personnel office for nursing in Sta. Maria Val Müstair mediates qualified specialists to renowned hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and Spitex organizations. For this position, we are looking for a committed leader who combines professional competence with organizational skill.

Your tasks – Responsibility for quality and team leadership

• Management and organization of the nursing service taking into account current nursing and economic standards
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the nursing team
• Ensuring high-quality and patient-oriented care
• Planning and optimization of work processes as well as efficient personnel planning
• Implementation and further development of nursing concepts and quality assurance measures
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with female doctors, male doctors, and other professionals in the healthcare sector
• Contact person for employees, female patients, male patients, and relatives

Your profile – Leadership competence with nursing expertise

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Further training in nursing management, leadership, or health economics is an advantage
• Several years of experience in a leading function in the nursing sector
• High social competence and pronounced communication skills
• Organizational strength, assertiveness, and decisiveness
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
