Your tasks

• You plan, coordinate and carry out various offers of weekly and annual activities in cooperation with the nursing service manager
• You carry out individual and group activities
• You document the provided activity services in Care Coach
• You carry out the weekly gymnastics with all interested parties
• You help shape everyday life, the activation offer as well as the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities

What you bring with you

• Further training as a specialist in activation and everyday life design
• Professional experience in long-term care and joy in working with older people
• Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office skills are an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity are a matter of course for you
• You are an organizational talent and strive to design everyday life efficiently
