We, Seel Haus GmbH, are a dynamic, newly founded private Spitex service in Basel, which has set itself the goal of enabling elderly people to live an independent and dignified life in their own four walls. For the founding phase and the buildup of our team, we are looking for a motivated, professionally competent and visionary personality who is ready to actively help shape the future of our operations.

Your tasks

• Professional and organizational deputy: You support the Nursing Service Management (PDL) in all operational, strategic and personnel matters and assume full responsibility in their absence.
• Quality assurance & needs assessment: Conducting professional needs assessments (using interRAI / RAI-Homecare) directly at the clients' premises as well as continuous adjustment of the nursing processes.
• Deployment planning & coordination: Efficient tour and deployment planning for the nursing staff to ensure optimal client care.
• Team leadership & coaching: Participation in the buildup, induction and leadership of the new nursing staff team.
• Interface work: Competent contact person for relatives, doctors, hospitals and health insurance companies.

Your profile

• Education: Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF / FH (or a foreign training recognized by the SRK) as well as registration in NAREG/Gesreg.
• Professional experience: Sound professional experience in the Swiss Spitex landscape as well as initial leadership experience (e.g. as a team leader) are of great advantage.
• Specialist knowledge: Proficient use of RAI-Homecare / interRAI as well as knowledge of legal requirements (KVG).
• Languages: Stylistically confident German skills (level C1/C2) in spoken and written form.
• Personality: Strong in organization, flexible, empathetic and equipped with a healthy portion of pioneering spirit for the buildup of our start-up. Driving license (category B) and your own car is an advantage.
