YOUR TASKS

• Instrumentation and assisting during operative procedures in a wide surgical spectrum (orthopedics, traumatology, spinal, hand and plastic surgery, urology and gynecology, visceral surgery (Da Vinci)
• Ensuring a smooth, high-quality, and complication-free surgical process
• Proactive, reliable, and committed cooperation in all procedures
• Cooperation in daily operations as well as, depending on workload and function, in late shifts and on-call service
• Active co-design of processes, quality, and cooperation in the surgical team

ADDITIONALLY UPON TAKING ON SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITY ORTHOPEDICS / TRAUMATOLOGY (80--100 %)

• Professional responsibility for the area of orthopedics / traumatology
• Ensuring and further developing the professional standards in the assigned area
• Contact person for technical topics, material, instruments, and processes
• Close cooperation with doctors, surgical management, and interdisciplinary interfaces
• Participation in training, inductions, and quality measures

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau / Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Several years of professional experience in the OR is an advantage
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Resilience, teamwork, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Joy in the profession and strong professional commitment
• Readiness for further development as well as, if interested, to take on a specialist responsibility
• Suitability and interest in a role as a vocational trainer is an advantage
