Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH as deputy residential group leader 80 - 100 %

Your tasks:

• You assume the function as deputy of the residential group leader of our structured-protected residential group in the Eggfeld residential home.
• You design a stable and supportive everyday life for our residents together with a motivated team.
• You maintain an overview even in challenging situations, acting calmly and professionally.
• Together with your key persons, you develop individual goals and strategies.
• You contribute your ideas and actively help shape the further development of our residential group.
• If interested, you take over the vocational training of students/apprentices or have yourself trained for it.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck required for foreign diplomas).
• You have professional experience in psychiatry.
• You are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills and value interdisciplinary cooperation.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills to the administrative work.
