Your tasks

• Reception and care of patients, including appointment scheduling and agenda management
• Organization of consultations, performing venous blood sampling, injections, as well as injection instructions
• Writing consultation reports from dictaphones
• Diverse, administrative secretarial work to support practice operations
• Communication and coordination with internal as well as external contact persons
• Opportunity for further training and competence expansion in patient counseling for the purpose of self-management of those affected

Your profile

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant
• Flexible, resilient and cheerful personality with organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology as well as experience in writing medical reports from dictaphones
• Efficient, independent and responsible way of working, even in demanding situations
• Patient orientation and a friendly basic attitude that creates a pleasant practice atmosphere
