Your tasks

• Global care and support of residents according to our care concept and the care process
• Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care
• Responsibility and management of the care process of assigned residents, including the assessment of RAI/BESA care needs
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Taking charge of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Conducting case meetings and care reports
• Taking charge of tasks as a thematic referent in a specialized area and participation in the group network for the quality of care

Your profile

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to follow these trainings (financially supported)
• Professional experience in long-term care desired, but not mandatory
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, spoken and written
