The School for Children and Young People with Physical and Multiple Disabilities (SKB) is a competence center for students with physical and multiple disabilities aged 4 to 15 years. The offering includes the day special school and B&U within the framework of integrated special education. The SKB offers the students lessons, therapies, transport service, and school-supplementary care.

We are looking for starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement a
Physiotherapist (approx. 75%)
for a fixed-term employment until 31.07.2027, possibly with a view to a low-percentage permanent position

Your tasks

• You ensure the individual, physiotherapeutic treatment of children and young people with physical and multiple disabilities
• You provide them with orthopaedic aids and mobility aids, in close cooperation with orthopaedic technicians, rehab technicians, and occupational therapists
• You advise and instruct the legal guardians
• You work interdisciplinary with employees from the specialist areas of therapy, teaching, and care

You bring with you

• A completed training in physiotherapy with SRK recognition
• Competencies in working with children with physical and multiple disabilities or the willingness to acquire these competencies (NDT Bobath, CAS Paediatrics)
• Motivation, flexibility, empathy, teamwork skills as well as good communicative and organizational skills
• Interest and joy in working with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychomotor therapists as well as employees from the specialist areas of teaching and care
