Your tasks

• Professional and individual care and support of the residents
• Careful and complete maintenance of the nursing documentation
• Support of the registered nursing professionals in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures while complying with the criteria of the nursing process
• Regular assumption of daily responsibility
• Team spirit, humor and good manners
• Sense of responsibility and joy of learning

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Experience in long-term care and in dealing with elderly people
• User knowledge in electronic nursing documentation is an advantage
• Very good written and oral German skills
• Empathic and resilient personality with high commitment
• High service and quality awareness
