To strengthen the specialist medical staff, we are looking for a specialist (female/male) FMH in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

The position is suitable for flexible and independent colleagues with completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (or before the completion of the training curriculum). Do you enjoy varied clinical work with a focus on inpatient psychotherapy, taking over case management, and value regular exchange with an interprofessional team? This is what your professional day looks like with us
In this position, together with the Chief Physician, you will contribute to the supervision and teaching of case-managing psychologists and assistant physicians, take over case management yourself, and coordinate psychiatric diagnostics as well as treatments. You are responsible for the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic patient treatment in an individual setting, e.g., on the ward for supplementary insured patients, and work closely with an interprofessional team. In the absence of the Chief Physician, you represent the professional management of the private department (25 beds). Furthermore, you undertake organizational tasks such as triage, correspondence, and cost approvals, support your team in further and continuing education, and participate in interdisciplinary cooperation, internal training, and working groups. On-call services as well as networking and public relations activities round off your versatile field of activity.
What you bring with you
You have a completed state examination in medicine (CH) or an equivalent qualification from the EU/EFTA as well as a specialist qualification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. Profound knowledge in psychotherapy as well as very good German skills in speaking and writing are essential for this position. Your commitment, your readiness to perform, and your joy in interprofessional cooperation characterize you. In addition, you place great value on respectful interaction with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
