• Personnel and professional leadership of a team with around 20 employees
• Responsibility for the design and further development of the nursing process as well as the service recording (RAI)
• Individual and professional care and nursing of our residents in long-term care
• Co-responsibility for the training and support of our apprentices

• Completed vocational training at tertiary level (HF/FH or DN II) or (Fachperson Langzeitpflege BP)
• Ideally already initial leadership experience
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
• Willingness to contribute to a learning-oriented work environment and to the achievement of common goals
