To temporarily reinforce a rehabilitation team in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60-100 %. Together with nursing, therapy, and medicine, you support patients in bringing more independence back into their daily lives step by step. In doing so, you are close to the people, motivate them even when progress seems difficult, and are allowed to experience successes immediately.

You help ensure that "not yet" becomes "can" again

• You support patients in daily care, mobilization, and daily activities, consistently promoting their existing abilities
• You take over basic and treatment care within your area of competence and design your support so that as much independence as possible is maintained or regained
• You perform medical-technical tasks professionally and attentively observe changes in health status
• In exchange with nursing specialists, therapies, and other professional groups, you contribute to everyone working together towards the same rehabilitation goal

What counts more than years of experience with us

• You have completed your training as Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or, in the case of a foreign degree, possess the corresponding SRK recognition
• You enjoy motivating people, promoting resources, and perceiving even small developmental steps as important successes
• You work reliably and independently, but can integrate just as well into a new team and take on responsibility within your competences
• You are also very welcome immediately after your apprenticeship if you are curious, lend a hand, and want to get to know rehabilitation
