La Fondation Les Noisetiers is a multi-site medico-social institution, recognized for the quality of its services, its infrastructure and its working environment. It brings together several missions (EMS, EPSM, CAT) in the Broyard region between Sassel-Granges-Marnand and Payerne and is part of a development dynamic, serving residents, beneficiaries, inhabitants and its 190 collaborators. Located in Payerne, our EMS Les Cerisiers welcomes 44 residents in long-term stay in a calm and family environment. Join a human-scale establishment and contribute actively to the quality of life of the residents. EMS Les Cerisiers is organized around strong values: Respect, well-being and communication. We support elderly people in geriatric and complex geriatric situations. A development project is underway, with a future building planned for 2028. Your missions: Under the delegation of the nursing staff: * You provide medico-technical treatments and care to residents. * You assist and supplement residents in daily life activities while respecting human values and the well-being of each. Your main responsibilities: * Support the physical, psycho-social and spiritual well-being of the residents. * Develop synergies with other sectors. * Communicate oral and written information precisely. Profile sought: * CFC of assistant in community nursing and health care. * FEE training will be an asset. * Marked interest in geriatrics and late-life psychiatry. * Ease in relations with elderly people, with respect, listening and empathy. * Autonomous, organized, dynamic and flexible person. * Good team spirit and sense of responsibility. * Mastery of French (oral and written) and IT skills (MS Office; knowledge of Carefolio = an asset).
