For a large clinic in Berner Seeland with various medical specialties, we are looking for a committed and experienced registered nurse with a focus on nephrology and dialysis.

A demanding and varied temporary assignment in a specialized department awaits you. If you feel comfortable and the collaboration works for both sides, there is the possibility of subsequent permanent employment.

Requirements ##

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent training with Swiss recognition
• Professional experience in the field of nephrology and dialysis
• Joy in handling medical-technical devices and a good technical understanding
• Strong empathy and a high level of patient orientation
• Motivation and enthusiasm for your nursing profession
• Organizational talent, resilience, and an independent way of working
• Good German and/or French skills as well as the willingness to be able to communicate in the respective other language

Tasks ##

• Professional and independent care and support of patients in the area of nephrology and dialysis
• Performance and monitoring of dialysis-specific treatments
• Safe and expert handling of medical-technical devices
• Recognition and assessment of changes in health status
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Ensuring professional and patient-oriented care
