You play a decisive role in ensuring that our customers enjoy holistic, first-class and individual primary care at home
You stand by relatives and the persons to be cared for, as well as the team, in all questions regarding care
You work and coordinate the interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, health insurance companies and the team

You have a tertiary education in nursing (HF, FH, AKP, DN II, also DNI and FA and -care)
Your flexibility and commitment make you a reliable pillar in the team
Your good oral and written German skills help you communicate with the people around you
Your sense of responsibility and the ability to recognize emergency situations and react appropriately in them make you a valuable team member

You have the InterRAI HC course or are willing to complete it
