Job Description

For our medical center in Locarno, we are looking for a Specialist Physician in Gynecology and Obstetrics, with a 100% degree of employment, interested in becoming part of a structured and multidisciplinary healthcare entity.

The selected figure will carry out specialist outpatient activities independently, dealing with the taking charge of patients in the field of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of the main gynecological pathologies.

Main activities

• Gynecological examinations and specialist check-ups
• Prevention and screening activities
• Diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of gynecological pathologies
• Counseling and support of patients in the different stages of life
• Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals present within the structure
• Autonomous management of outpatient activity, with the support of the center's staff

Qualifications

• Title of Specialist Physician in Gynecology and Obstetrics recognized in Switzerland or recognizable via MEBEKO
• Necessary requirements for the practice of the medical profession in Canton Ticino
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (knowledge of German constitutes a preferential character)
• Professional autonomy and organizational skills
• Attitude towards interdisciplinary work
• Professional, empathetic approach oriented towards the quality of patient care
